Iliana is a Programs Manager of the Entrepreneur Experience team and is on a mission to support the fastest-growing Greek SMEs and businesses in F&B, Retail and Manufacturing industries towards achieving large-scale impact.

About

Since her university years, Iliana knew that creating impact was her passion. Thus, she was always seeking opportunities in that direction; even if it was helping young peers to develop soft skills, or supporting young women to conquer their professional dreams.

Mission

After four years of working with public schools around Greece in order to empower students to make more conscious decisions regarding their academic and career steps, Iliana joined Endeavor with a new quest: support the most promising companies to maximize their potential and create a lasting impact in the local economy. What excites her most about her role is the privilege of day-to-day interaction with and learning by some of the brightest minds in the SME sphere; whether it is the entrepreneurs themselves or the mentors, hoping she will become one (entrepreneur :) ) in the future.

When I came to realize that everything is a matter of perspective, my life changed. So, I choose to remember this quote when things don’t go as I wish, as a reminder that maybe a shift on the way I see them, can take me on a whole new path.
