Marianthi became curious about entrepreneurship and impactful communities as soon as she joined AIESEC, the largest global youth-run organization and she continued practicing this passion through volunteering at the Global Shapers Community.

Mission

Inspired by these experiences, she decided to start her own company, in which she collaborated with SMEs and multinational companies to help >3.500 young people become more employable. After this entrepreneurial journey, Marianthi continued her career as a Marketing professional at Coca-Cola HBC, managing some of the most iconic brands in the Greek market and spearheading flagship projects and marketing campaigns. The reason she joined Endeavor was to support some of the most inspiring people on the planet and help build a thriving innovation ecosystem in Greece.

What she loves about Endeavor is the space for implementing new ideas as well as being part of a passionate team of initiative-takers and doers.

This is my motto in everything I do. It motivates me to come up with new ideas on a daily basis and not to be afraid of failure.
