About

Since her university years, Marina knew that taking an idea and turning it into reality was her passion. Prior to Endeavor, Marina has been leading teams in a variety of industries, from maritime, travel and tourism to edtech, and acquired experience in all aspects of operations, from quality control and project management to strategy. She has always been passionate about international and fast-paced working environments and became enthusiastic about entrepreneurship at the very moment that she joined the startup community. She aspires to become one entrepreneur herself in the future.

Mission

The reason she joined Endeavor was to work at a flourishing ecosystem and support entrepreneurs towards making large-scale impact, and more importantly, be part of a passionate, committed and resilient team! What she loves most about her role is the privilege of continuous interaction with some of the brightest minds in the innovation ecosystem as well as the space for implementing new ideas.

This quote reminds me to consciously choose everyday to just “do”, in spite of self-doubt and fear of failure. Failure is an option as long as you are willing to keep moving forward and this has helped me grow resilient and not give up before reaching my goals.
