Adrian Johnston is the founder and CEO of Elyos Energy, a Scale Up Cohort 7 company redefining operations for the trades and field services industry. Along with his Co-founders, Panos and Pip, Adrian was a part of Y Combinator's summer 2023 cohort.

A second-time founder, Adrian previously co-founded Una Brands, an e-commerce aggregator that raised $100 million in capital in record time and scaled to 300 employees and over $70 million in revenue, achieving impressive growth and global expansion.  

Before entering the startup world, Adrian was at Goldman Sachs, where he worked in Global Capital Markets, designing high-impact trading strategies, and later at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in its Energy Practice, where he focused on renewable energy strategies, consistently ranking in the top 10% of consultants. Adrian extensive education includes a MBA from INSEAD, where he was Valedictorian, a Master of Public Administration in Climate Change and Energy Transition from Harvard University, and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Oxford.
