Agapitos Diakogiannis is the Co-founder and CEO of Seafair, a Scale Up Cohort 4 a marketplace designed to address the shortage of maritime workers. Seafair connects seafarers with shipping companies, ensuring efficient and qualified crewing for the maritime industry. In his role, Agapitos is developing Seafair into a platform that democratizes maritime crewing and creates a streamlined solution to manage data. 

Before founding Seafair, Agapitos held strategic roles across various industries. He was an Entrepreneur in Residence at FJ Labs, where he evaluated investment opportunities in tech-enabled marketplaces.  At The Boston Consulting Group, he worked as a Senior Associate, focusing on digital transformation and post-merger integration for clients in shipping and industrial sectors. Additionally, Agapitos was the Global Operations Manager for Strategic Initiatives at foodpanda, where he led a team that analyzed customer satisfaction data and implemented initiatives to improve delivery management and customer experience.

Before these roles, he earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master's degree in Operations Management from CentraleSupélec. His global experience and leadership continue to drive Seafair’s mission to modernize the maritime workforce.
