Anastasios (Tassos) Manos is the Founder and Partner of PD Neurotechnology, where he leads the development of innovative solutions for continuous monitoring of Parkinson’s disease symptoms. The company, a member of the Scale Up 2nd Cohort, specializes in wearable devices designed to monitor and treat movement disorders, significantly improving patient outcomes and transforming healthcare practices.

In parallel, Tassos is the CEO of Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO), based in Athens, Greece, where he oversees strategic energy initiatives and infrastructure projects that shape the future of Greece’s energy distribution network. Previously, as Head of Procurement for the Balkans at LafargeHolcim Europe, he optimized procurement processes and enhanced supply chain operations. He also served as COO at PQH Liquidation Services and held multiple executive positions at Heracles GCCo as well as consulting at Boston Consulting Group.

Tassos’s academic background reflects his diverse knowledge. He earned an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in Engineering Management from the Technical University of Crete, and a BA/MA in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), where he graduated with multiple academic distinctions. This background has played an important role in shaping his ability to lead across different industries, blending technical, managerial, and strategic skills.
