Antonios Oikonomou is the Co-founder and CEO of Qurv, a member of the Scale Up 7th Cohort, which develops wide-spectrum image sensor technologies and integrated solutions designed for next-generation computer vision applications. After six years of dedicated development, Qurv aims to make advanced sensor technologies more accessible and affordable for various industries, addressing the growing needs of an autonomous and intelligent future.

With a PhD in Nanotechnology from the University of Manchester, Antonis brings in sold education into his roles. Before founding Qurv, Antonios served as the Business Development Manager at ICFO, where he managed business development initiatives and laid the groundwork for Qurv Technologies. His entrepreneurial journey began with Co-founding Eksagon Group, focusing on technology and product development. He has also held research positions at NCSR “Demokritos” and the University of Manchester, where he developed his knowledge in nanotechnology.
