Byron Antoniadis is the Co-Founder and CTO of Seafair, a Scale Up Cohort 4 member. Seafair is a tech startup that helps shipping companies streamline data management and recruit skilled seafarers for vessel operations. At Seafair, Byron is helping develop the sourcing and management platform to provide the best quality of services to their clients. 

Byron earned a Master’s degree in Computer Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence from Imperial College London, a foundation that shaped his professional pursuits. Before co-founding Seafair, Byron spent four years at Bloomberg London, leading a team that developed real-time alert systems for the Bloomberg Terminal. His background in building high-performance systems proved essential in creating Seafair’s scalable platform. Byron’s career started with internships at MLS Innovation, where he restructured the company’s database, and Morgan Stanley, where he developed software applications for firm-wide use.
