With adaptable booking terms and properties in major cities across Cyprus, the company ensures a seamless transition into modern, sophisticated homes. 

Demetris' journey in real estate began with a robust foundation in engineering. Demetris co-founded QSpaces Offices, which provides beautifully designed, long-term workspaces for small and medium-sized enterprises, surpassing conventional co-working solutions. His academics include an MEng in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, followed by a Master’s in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School, which provided him with the comprehensive skill to lead ventures in both the real estate and technology sectors.
