Dimitris is the Co-founder and CEO of Flexfin, a Scale Up Cohort 5 online business lender reshaping Greece and Cyprus' financial landscape. Launched in 2018 with his lifelong friend Dimitris Vranopoulos, Flexfin addresses a crucial gap in the market by offering efficient receivables financing through a modern, user-friendly platform. As the only independent factoring company in Greece licensed and supervised by the Bank of Greece, Flexfin is redefining how small and medium-sized enterprises manage their cash flow.

Drawing on his extensive banking experience, including pivotal roles at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, Dimitris identified a pressing need in factoring finance. His vision has propelled Flex Fin into the spotlight, earning recognition as one of Greece's top Scale Ups to watch in 2023. Dimitris’s education also played a key role in shaping his approach—he earned degrees from the London School of Economics and Columbia Business School, which provided a strong foundation in finance and business strategy. Beyond Flexfin, Dimitris also supports technology startups as an angel investor, further demonstrating his commitment to fostering innovation.
