Fanis Koutouvelis is the Founder and CEO of Pandas, a Scale Up Cohort 5 company dedicated to transforming the way consumers trade in their smartphones. With over 2 billion working smartphones sitting idle in drawers globally, Fanis recognized a major opportunity to simplify the smartphone trade-in process. Under his leadership, Pandas developed an innovative solution: AI-powered kiosks that allow users to trade in their old devices with ease, speed, and security. 

After acquiring a Master’s in Computer Engineering and Telecommunications from the university of Thessaly, Fanis's entrepreneurial journey started by founding multiple ventures, including Intale, which empowers small retailers with advanced analytics and operational tools, and i-kiosk, which provided digital solutions for retailers. His vision for Pandas is to create the most accessible and seamless global smartphone trade-in system, making it as simple as withdrawing cash from an ATM.
