Georgios Grigoriadis is the Founder and CEO of Baresquare, a Scale Up Cohort 1 company that helps businesses unlock the potential of their data by transforming it into actionable insights. With a background in engineering and over a decade of experience in data analytics, Georgios has developed Baresquare into a platform known for its precision and efficiency in solving business challenges through data-driven decision-making.

Georgios’ career began in web development at Underlab Ltd, where he spent three years building and optimizing websites. This experience helped him understand the technical challenges faced by businesses and laid the foundation for his future work in analytics. After joining Sony Europe as a Senior Web Analyst, Georgios refined his expertise in leveraging data to drive business decisions and deliver impactful web analytics solutions.

In 2007, he founded Baresquare Data Consulting, the boutique data consultancy that led to Baresquace. Over the next decade, Georgios worked closely with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. As Baresquare evolved, so did Georgios’ role, shifting from consulting to building the proprietary AI-powered platform.
