With over 15 years of experience in the maritime and technology sectors, Inder has led innovation at the intersection of marine engineering and data-driven automation.

Prior to Alicia Bots, he was the Founder and SVP–Technical at Tres Solutions, a maritime performance analytics company acquired by Navtor, where he helped global shipping companies reduce fuel consumption and emissions through predictive insights. His earlier roles include key engineering and energy efficiency positions at Maersk Group and Gulf Stolt Ship Management.
