Konstantinos Kyriakopoulos is the Co-founder and CEO of DeepSea Technologies, a Scale Up Cohort 1, maritime technology company now part of Nabtesco. DeepSea has led innovation in the maritime sector, helping companies enhance operational efficiency while reducing their environmental impact.

Before founding DeepSea, Konstantinos, an Engineering alumnus from Cambridge University, worked as a Software Engineer at Microsoft and conducted research at the University of Cambridge. His research specialized in deep learning techniques to automatically assess, analyze, and provide feedback on the pronunciation and speech patterns of non-native English speakers. Konstantinos also worked as a researcher and software engineer at various companies, including SAP, a software company, and CERN, a research institute. He learned software development and big data analysis. His strong technical foundation, combined with his leadership abilities, has been instrumental in driving DeepSea’s rapid growth, from his role as CTO to CEO.
