Nikos Kontos is acting as Chairman of BoD and CEO at Raymetrics SA. He is responsible for locating new partners and new opportunities with major clients and for managing both the revenue and cost elements of the company's income statement. Nikos is dealing with strategic decisions, formulating, implementing, and evaluating the current corporate strategies, also managing the business and product/service portfolio, and taking decisions like expansion, retrenchment, a turnaround of the business, and product/services. In addition, he has the general supervision for the allocation and management of resources in the organization, and for taking reports from its business unit heads. Nikos has more than 20 years of experience in supporting and developing marketing and communication tools and also maintaining and promoting the corporate image and profile of Mytilineos Group, as Group Investor & Media Relations Director. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Sunderland and a master's in Structural Engineering and Project Finance from the Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) at the University of Manchester. He also holds an MBA from Henley Management College.
