Panayotis Gezerlis is the Founder and President of Convert Group, a Scale Up Cohort 1 company specializing in e-commerce analytics and digital transformation. With a degree in Marketing and Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MBA in eBusiness from the same institution, Panayotis combines his passion for technology and business strategy to empower brands and retailers with data-driven insights. He also holds a BSc in Printing and Publishing Business Management from the University of Hertfordshire.

Since founding Convert Group in 2014, Panayotis has led the company in helping businesses optimize e-commerce performance through its SaaS platform, serving clients in over 15 countries.

Before his role at Convert Group, Panayotis founded meet2print.gr, an online B2B marketplace for printing projects, and was the CEO and Co-Founder of Buldoza.gr, an online multistore that achieved a successful launch and high-growth rates. As the Head of Global Business Planning at Upstream, he played a key role in the firm’s expansion to 40 countries and managed sales offices across cities such as Rome, Beijing, Singapore, and Rio de Janeiro. Panayotis has also served on numerous Boards, contributing his expertise to a variety of organizations.
