Panos Kostopoulos is the Founder & CEO of Proxy Foods, an AI platform that optimizes recipe formulation and accelerates product innovation for the food-and-beverage industry (F&B). For more than a decade, he has worked across food tech and biotechnology, guiding work from field and lab to market.
Panos holds graduate degrees in chemical engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and in biotechnology from Georgetown University, with a focus on food and entrepreneurship. He has also co-founded and directs Cell Ag Greece and the Network of Cellular Agriculture (NCA) - nonprofit organizations that advance research and foster collaboration between academia and industry in cellular agriculture and food tech.
