Panos Mitsios is the Co-founder and COO of Tekmon, a member of the Scale Up 6th Cohort, is a software company redefining how deskless frontline workers navigate their daily tasks and critical communications. Tekmon’s mobile-first SaaS platform, with offices in Athens and London, boosts productivity by digitizing business processes and automating workflows for industries such as manufacturing, transportation, and retail. 

Panos’s career and entrepreneurial journey is influenced by a thorough academic background. He earned a MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business, a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Environmental Protection & Sustainable Development and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. This set the stage for his multifaceted career including co-founding Bluperty P.C., Greece’s first private property auction platform, bringing a new level of transparency to real estate transactions. 

Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Panos is also a Partner at Axl Imperial, where he supports the supply of automation and testing devices for industrial use. His background further includes managing engineering projects at GreenLab, serving as a structural engineer for O. Bakalbasis Engineering, and leading surveillance infrastructure projects for the Hellenic Army, showcasing a unique blend of entrepreneurship, engineering, and project management expertise.
