Philippa (Pip) Brown is the Co-founder & COO of Elyos AI, a Scale Up Cohort 7 company, redefining operations for the trades and field services industry. Elyos builds autonomous AI agents that handle customer calls, schedule jobs, dispatch engineers, and manage payments - enabling service businesses to run seamlessly, reduce overhead, and never miss an opportunity.

Pip brings significant strategic expertise from her time as Head of Strategy at OVO Energy, the largest green-energy supplier in the UK, along with a technical background from her work as Operations Consultant at Rolls-Royce, along with her MBA from Insead. As the COO at Elyos, Pip manages the operational side of the startup’s platform, focusing heavily on aligning the technology with customer needs and maximizing operational efficiency. 

Philippa Brown completed the Summer 2023 Batch at Y Combinator. She earned an MBA from INSEAD in 2023, where she was involved in the energy club as President and participated in the environment, entrepreneurship, and venture capital clubs. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Auckland, completed in 2016.
