Christoforos Stamoulakatos is the CEO Knauf East Africa and Executive Director Knauf Middle East Africa and South Asia. With over 20 years of senior executive experience across developed and emerging markets, he is adept at steering strategic initiatives and building high-performance teams in both dynamic and steady economic environments.

Prior to this, he was General Manager of Greece and International Markets at Sarantis Group, where he lead the growth of one of Southeastern Europe’s leading consumer goods companies.

Christoforos has also served as the CEO of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Sub-Saharan Africa, overseeing operations in West Africa. His career includes key roles in sales, marketing, and management at companies such as Mevgal Dairy, Eurobank, and PZ Cussons Plc, both in Greece and internationally.

Christoforos holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing from Kingston University, London, a degree in Naval Architecture, and has completed INSEAD’s programs in Global Management and Organizational Transformation Leadership. Known for his commitment to best practices in business ethics, governance, and strategic planning, he is recognized by industry associations for his ability to transform and align cross-functional teams with business goals.
