Eleni Asvesta is a global executive with over three decades of experience in human resources, organizational culture, and corporate leadership. Currently General Manager of Kleemann China, she previously served as Group HR & Administration Director at Kleemann Hellas, leading HR strategy for more than 1,500 employees. Recognized with awards for excellence in workplace culture, diversity, and HR practices, she is also a trainer, speaker, and mentor on leadership, inclusion, and sustainable growth.

Beyond her corporate career, Eleni has served as President of the Team for Labor & Training Issues at FING and President of GPMA NG. She actively contributes to social impact as a member of the General Assembly and Board of Directors of ActionAid Hellas, supporting initiatives in equality, community development, and global citizenship. She holds an MBA in Strategic Management and is passionate about guiding entrepreneurs in scaling businesses and building strong, value-driven organizations.
