Othon Manis is the Group Data and Digital Innovation & Technology Director at Titan Cement Group, working within the Group Digital Center of Competence. He leads large-scale digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing, data, automation, and industrial innovation, driving the adoption of advanced technologies in complex, multi-country industrial environments.

With a long-standing career at Titan, Othon has held senior leadership roles spanning manufacturing digitization, data management, process automation, and enterprise-level industrial automation programs. His work has focused on modernizing infrastructure, optimizing operations, and embedding data-driven decision-making across heavy industry value chains.

Prior to joining Titan, he worked as an Electronic and Automation Engineer in the industrial sector, as well as a freelance automation engineer, delivering projects in distributed control systems (DCS), security and access control, and energy management systems. His technical background combines hands-on engineering expertise with strategic oversight of complex, mission-critical systems.

Alongside his industry career, Othon has extensive teaching and academic experience as a scientific collaborator and instructor in automation and computer science, contributing to higher education and vocational training programs in Northern Greece.

He holds a PhD in Technical and Technological Sciences in Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, postgraduate degrees in Wireless Telecommunications and in Robotics & Automation Systems, and undergraduate degrees in Electrical, Information, and Electronic Engineering. His profile bridges deep technical knowledge with executive leadership in industrial digital innovation.
