Bryq, a Scale Up Cohort 4 member, is a talent intelligence platform designed to help organizations make data-driven decisions in talent acquisition and retention. By using a scientifically based assessment tool, Bryq screens candidates and matches their skills and personality with job and company requirements—without bias—empowering recruiters to make informed and equitable hiring decisions. The platform simplifies the hiring process with an all-in-one system that integrates with existing systems, enabling easy assessment of both hard and soft skills while using structured interview guides. Its skills-based hiring approach evaluates both technical and personal skills to ensure long-term success by selecting the right talent from the start. 

As job requirements evolve, Bryq helps organizations understand which soft skills are essential for success, allowing them to continuously optimize their talent acquisition strategies. Leveraging advanced technology and scientific methods, Bryq provides accurate insights that make the recruitment process more efficient, effective, and fair. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Florida, Bryq is enhancing the way companies approach talent management.

Bryq has had numerous partnerships, including Workable, Greenhouse, Workday, and most recently with UKG. UKG provides one of the largest and most collaborative partner ecosystems in the human capital management industry. In 2022, Bryq raised a $4 million pre-Series A round, led by No Such Ventures along with existing investor Big Pi Ventures.
