Filippos Antonopoulos is the Co-Founder and CEO of OKTO, a member of Scale Up Cohort 1, amplifying payment processes in the global entertainment and gaming industries. At OKTO, Filippos is focused on pioneering a cashless, mobile payment solution that reshapes how customers interact with entertainment and gaming, driving efficiency and convenience with secure, real-time transactions.

Filippos earned a BA in Economics and Astronomy from Columbia University, which set the stage for his diverse career trajectory. He began his career on Wall Street as an analyst before transitioning to Latin America’s lottery sector. In 2007, he founded Vermantia, a Digital Gaming Content Company, where his leadership expanded the company’s portfolio to include a diverse range of services and products across the gaming, lottery, and virtual gaming industries. He helped drive revenues to 10 million euros and led to a successful exit.

In addition, Filippos co-founded Woli Fintech, a smart money app designed to help modern families manage their finances, enabling children to earn, save, and spend responsibly in a secure environment.
