
Fotis Fotiadis is the Founder and CEO of Better Origin, a Cambridge-based company revolutionizing the food supply chain by leveraging AI and technology to reduce food waste and enhance sustainability.
Fotis’ journey began with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex, followed by an MPhil in Sustainable Engineering from the University of Cambridge. Before founding Better Origin, Fotis gained valuable industry experience as a Project Engineer at 2H Offshore, focusing on oil and gas engineering consulting. His expertise spans engineering and sustainable innovation, with a mission to decarbonize the global food system.
