Panos Stravopodis is the Co-founder and CTO at Elyos Energy, a Scale Up Cohort 7 company redefining operations for the trades and field services industry. 

Panos has been interested in the world of technology since he was 14, and for the past 15 years he has led fast paced engineering teams in FinTech, MarTech, and Climate Tech. His prior roles include VP of Engineering at Zoa and Director of Engineering at Bulb, where he led a 100+ engineering team to deliver groundbreaking Smart Energy products in the UK. 

His career also includes pivotal positions at Funding Circle, Bynder, and other notable companies. His academic background, with a Master’s in Software Engineering from the University of Amsterdam and a PhD from the University of Patras, provided him with the technical knowledge and leadership skills necessary to excel in the energy and tech sectors. Additionally, in summer 2023, Elyos Energy was accepted in the summer cohort of Y Combinator along with his Co-founders, Adrian and Pip.
