Rania Lamprou is the Co-founder and CEO of Simpler, a startup transforming online shopping experiences across Europe. Drawing on her extensive experience in business development and product management, Rania identified the need for streamlined e-commerce solutions during the pandemic and co-founded Simpler in 2021 to address this gap.  

Before founding Simpler, Rania was Director of Business Development at Glispa, where she led international sales teams, and later Director of Product at Market Group, overseeing its flagship product. Her academic foundation—a degree in Accounting & Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc in International Management from Bocconi University and the Rotterdam School of Management—equipped her with the skills that she applied in earlier roles as Head of Strategic Partnerships at Avocarrot, a Business Development Analyst at Pinnatta, and a Project Consultant at Vodafone. Before that she was the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Avocarrot, a Business Development Analyst at Pinnatta, and a Project Consultant at Vodafone.
