Zeta is an intern on the MarComm team, in charge of organizing Events and curating the Outliers Podcast.

About

Zeta is responsible for organizing and delivering events that bring together founders, partners, and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem. She oversees the full event process, from preparation to execution. In parallel, she curates the Outliers Podcast, shaping its content and ensuring each episode shares authentic and inspiring stories around the mindset, challenges, and impact of entrepreneurs.

Zeta’s path has been shaped by curiosity, adaptability, and a strong drive for impact. Born in Athens and raised in Corinth, a small city just outside the capital, she later moved to Thessaloniki, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia. Through her 5-year-journey with AIESEC, Zeta developed strong experience in leading people, communications, event management, partnerships, and project management. Her path within the organization led her to the roles of National Director of Business Development & Events for one year, followed by serving as President of the global youth organization for another year. During this time, she thrived in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, leading more than 200 people from different nationalities, creating impactful experiences, and continuously pushing for innovation. Driven by her passion for creativity, growth, and meaningful impact, Zeta joined Endeavor to contribute to an ecosystem that empowers ambitious founders and organizations, while continuing to challenge herself and explore new opportunities.
