Ergon promotes Greek gastronomy in Greece and abroad since 2008 through 1,200 products in total and 600 branded premium quality products offered in partnership with 150 independent Greek producers. It has also created concept stores, where products are sold but also served on a special menu by Dimitris Skarmoutsos with respect to tradition and nutritional value. London has been the first stop abroad, where the store opened in 2014 and serves 4,500 customers monthly. The company’s target is to increase global presence with 25 additional stores until 2018. In 2015, a concept store named Ergon Agora opened in Thessaloniki which includes restaurant, coffee shop, deli, butchery, bakery, grocery, fishmonger and cava to offer a great variety of Greek products.
