Antonis Markopoulos is the Co-founder and CEO of Prosperty, a member of the Scale Up 3rd Cohort and company enhancing the real estate industry by offering end-to-end digital solutions for buying and renting properties. In an industry traditionally known for its complexity and lack of transparency, Prosperty simplifies the entire process, making it more efficient and user-friendly. Antonis leads the company with a clear focus on strategic innovation, leveraging his knowledge in business development, planning, and team. Antonis emphasizes the importance importance of collaboration, stating, “Nobody achieves anything alone; we all achieve things by trusting other people. Not just the people by our side, like my co-founders here, I trust every single person who works at Prosperty.”

With over 20 years of experience, Antonis’s expertise spans operations including P&L ownership, budget management, product marketing, and building strong C-level relationships.  His academic background, which includes a BSc in Information Technologies and Communication from the University of Athens and a PhD in Telecommunications from the National Technical University of Athens, has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and business aspects of his field. Before founding Prosperty, Antonis held leadership roles as VP of Business Development at Intralot, Executive Vice President at the Hellenic Development Bank of Investments (HDB), and as a Member of the Board of Directors at HDB.
