In her role, she leads the Deep Tech and Healthcare portfolio, supporting entrepreneurs as they scale their companies, expand internationally, and navigate complex technical, regulatory, and market challenges. With a strong founder-first mindset, she focuses on understanding founders’ priorities and connecting them with the right resources, partners, and opportunities across the ecosystem to accelerate their growth.

She stays closely attuned to emerging trends in deep tech and healthcare, proactively anticipating founders’ needs while working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored support, unlock strategic partnerships, and drive meaningful growth opportunities.

She grew up in Athens and moved to London at 18 to study Medical Biosciences with Management. Soon realizing that academic research was not her path, she returned to Greece and began her career in consulting while exploring where she could create the greatest impact. A few years later, she transitioned into the startup ecosystem in a strategic, client-facing role — an experience that confirmed her passion for working alongside founders, sharing their vision, and contributing to something new and meaningful. This journey naturally led her to Endeavor.
