Eliso leads the Entrepreneur Experience team at Endeavor Greece, where she oversees the selection, and support of the fastest growing Greek and Diaspora entrepreneurs, connecting them to Endeavor’s global network of founders, investors and mentors. Previously, she managed Endeavor’s Scale Up and Innovation Programs, as well as the DeepTech and Climate portfolios. Before joining Endeavor, Eliso worked at FUNDES, a non-profit focused on the development of MSMEs, entrepreneurs, and communities across Latin America. There, she contributed to FUNDES’ fundraising strategy and worked on projects supporting rural farmers, sustainable fishermen, and women entrepreneurs. She holds an MA in Strategy and International Management from the University of St. Gallen, where she collaborated with a team of 7 to found an agricultural women cooperative in rural Guatemala.

The realization that the biggest obstacle she has ever faced on my path was actually her own mind was both scary and liberating. This quotes reminds her to consciously choose everyday to just “do”, in spite of self-doubt, fear of failure and other people’s opinions.
