Elsa is part of Endeavor's Entrepreneur Experience team, working closely with founders throughout their growth journey. She leads the Fintech, Proptech and Retail Tech verticals, connecting entrepreneurs to different networks, resources and opportunities they need to scale.

Where grew up / why Endeavor Elsa grew up in Athens and has since lived in five other countries. Her path went from strategy consulting in London to luxury hospitality in Tokyo, with several stops along the way, each one shaping how she sees culture, business and people. That path eventually brought her back to Greece to pursue entrepreneurship, and Endeavor felt like the place where that could meet a bigger purpose: helping build and strengthen her country's startup ecosystem alongside the founders shaping it.

Mission Elsa is passionate about building ideas and concepts that people love and seeing them come to life. Outside of Endeavor, she's the founder of Elsa's, a hospitality brand built around artisanal ice cream and curated dining experiences. Being a citizen of the world at heart, she hopes to keep experiencing life through the lens of different countries.
