About

Charis leads the SMEs portfolio of high-growth companies across sectors such as Food & Beverage, Retail, and Manufacturing. In this role, he supports 100+ entrepreneurs in scaling their companies, building strong teams, expanding internationally, and navigating complex technical, regulatory, and market challenges. A core part of his work is putting entrepreneurs first, understanding their priorities and challenges, and connecting them with the right resources, partners, and opportunities within the ecosystem to support their growth.

In addition, Charis serves as Program Manager of the Innovation Program “Forward,” implemented in collaboration with Allwyn. The program supports Greek companies in creating new jobs and expanding their business horizons through targeted development initiatives.

Finally, Charis leads and manages a team of two, mentoring, guiding, and supervising them across day-to-day operations as well as new endeavors and initiatives.

Charis spent his early years in Northern Greece, growing up in Kozani and later studying in Thessaloniki. From an early age, he showed a strong interest in entrepreneurship, business scaling, creating impact, and solving complex problems. Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, his hobbies included rowing, shooting, and football.

He studied Business Administration at the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki, completed an internship in the energy and renewables sector, and fulfilled his mandatory military service in the Hellenic Air Force. Following this experience, he was introduced to Endeavor and quickly realized that its mission aligned closely with his own values and aspirations. This alignment led him to join Endeavor, driven by a desire to have a positive and lasting impact on Greek entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Mission

Charis’ mission is to help people and companies scale, multiplying their impact in the economy and society. He is driven by the belief that when ambitious entrepreneurs are given the right support, mindset, and connections, they can create meaningful jobs, drive innovation, and generate long-term value for their communities. Through his work, he aims to empower founders to think bigger, overcome complexity, and build sustainable, high-impact businesses that contribute to a stronger entrepreneurial ecosystem.
