Rhea is an experienced founder and investment specialist with a background in startups and alternative assets.

She is the founder of Rhea Kalo, a growing homeware and design brand based in Athens, offering thoughtfully designed homeware and operating a boutique hospitality project.

She also serves as Managing Director for a private family office, overseeing a diverse portfolio spanning startups, direct investments, alternative assets, and traditional asset classes.

Rhea sits on the Advisory Board of Outset Greece, an independent charity supporting contemporary art projects across her home country.

She was previously the founder of Workhug, a London-based company delivering bespoke corporate wellbeing services. Before that, she was Associate Director and Head of SE Europe at The Fine Art Fund Group, an alternative investment firm managing private equity art funds and advising institutional and private collectors.

She holds a BA in History from Brown University, an MSc in European Public Policy from UCL, and an MBA from London Business School.
