BIO
Rhea is an experienced founder and investment specialist with a demonstrated history of working in startups, alternative asset classes and private equity.
Currently she is the founder and CEO of Workhug, a London-based company in the corporate wellbeing space. Workhug offers bespoke wellbeing services globally, for a healthier and happier workplace; supporting teams with in-person and virtual plans that reduce stress, impact health and elevate happiness at work.
Rhea is also the founder and Director of Rhea Kalo, a growing creative design studio based in Athens and focused on the design and production of its own homeware line and functional art objects.
She serves on the Advisory Board of Outset Greece, an independent charity supporting innovative contemporary art projects in her home country, Greece.
Prior to her current roles, Rhea was Associate Director and Head of SE Europe for over 4 years at The Fine Art Fund Group, a leading art investing group managing alternative Private Equity funds and offering advisory services to individuals and institutions.
Rhea holds a BA in History from Brown University, a MSc in European Public Policy from UCL and an MBA from London Business School.
