Rhea is a founder and investment specialist with experience across startups and alternative assets, operating at the intersection of entrepreneurship, design, and capital allocation.
She is the founder of Rhea Kalo, a fast-growing homeware and design brand based in Athens, combining thoughtfully designed products with a boutique hospitality concept. In parallel, she serves as Managing Director of a private family office, overseeing a diversified portfolio across startups, direct investments, alternative assets, and traditional asset classes.
She is also a member of the Advisory Board of Outset Greece, supporting contemporary art initiatives across Greece. Previously, she founded Workhug, a London-based company providing bespoke corporate wellbeing services, and served as Associate Director and Head of Southeast Europe at The Fine Art Fund Group, specializing in art-focused private equity funds and advisory.
She holds a BA in History from Brown University, an MSc in European Public Policy from University College London, and an MBA from London Business School.
